ANGER makes me hungry…

For once, I found the 2nd man who uses the “F” language on women…   “I didn’t make this call to pick a fight with you!” did calm him down abit… damn… it was nerve-wrecking… upon checking out with others… some of them have to hang up on him because he was getting to the max… it was recorded and my colleague have the right to sue him with it by law… but they let him be… damn… Customer service is a job not a rubbish chute… who says ppl can just dump their anger onto that ground…if u really need to complain… make ur pts clear and dun sound like a fool! If u call a hotline and ppl goes “Oh you are Mr/Ms so-and-so”…. u shld noe it’s nth good… Bad things always spread faster than the good…especially in Customer Service line…
