R.I.P.

Life is so fragile… it was not an easy task to accept a fact that a colleague quite close have depart from us… He was like a brother to me… Without his help, there’s a lot of task that cannot be fulfilled…it was his enthusiasm that keeps the job going… i’m so used to dialing 185 when I need help… I’m so afraid that I will attempt to dial that nbr and to realise that it’s not gg anywhere from tmr onwards…  It’s gg to be tense in the office tmr… just like today.. nobody haf the mood to joke ard… sniffing is heard everywhere… i cudn’t control myself as well…

R.I.P Vincent… u’ll be missed…

Fruitful weekend…

my good bf woke me up for a cup of ice cream… (and it’s my all time favorite traditional ones in cup…)

went over to Ms Wong’s Chalet and had lots of fun…

for the first time… he plays mahjong…. (learning in progress)

Saturday morning…. my very first time to PULAU UBIN….

 

applied sun block to avoid tanning for Tuesday’s photo shoot… but still… the sun is too strong and the tan lines on my arms and legs are obvious…

We continued the adventure in the night… PJ Party…most photos not available yet… i’ve won the 3rd prize for best dressed and got myself a Chanel nail polish… hehe…Ms Wong is nonetheless the Winner of the Day…

a little kitten was sitting right outside our door this morning…and Ms Wong made chai tou kwai… ingredients sponsored by Red and her family…

as usual…

am sick once again… 2 days MC…well wad’s new… always sick when i’m kept busy for more than 2 consecutive weeks… am having bbq tmr and chalet after that till sunday… tired tired…doc says that when the pipe in my nose breaks down… fever and flu bug will come looking for me… wad to do wad to do… they are my best friends…

had a surprise yesterday when I was browsing through my emails…and yes we have minimum 700 emails to clear every day…so if we’re on leave or mc.. we’ll die swee swee when we return…

i’m grateful that I was the chosen one… however… i’m camera-shy… NOT… hahaha…both myself and mr reubie were selected and it suddenly make me remember the Korean show… 爱也好，恨也好… there’s a couple who are working colleagues and they became closer after a photo shoot… haha… but i know for sure it wun happen to us cus Mr Chen is watching us… and they are both staying just across the road… lol…

finally got my BB cream… it was out of stock a few days back…

Brought fried rice for lunch today and everyone was surprised that I cook and it taste good… well it’s also with the help of Mr Chen last night as he flipped the rice in the pan… hehe…

For the first time, I had double dinner dates… Dated Mr Chen for dinner @ his place & Wendy+Angeline for dinner @ Casuarian Rd … not a bad deal huh… Auntie Chen haf prepared all 4 dishes to my favour without knowing they are my favourite…and most importantly… she made White Cod Fish (鳕鱼)… as I’m allergy to Dory so I’m happy when I fell in love with Cod years back…

my “Ang Gong Gong” , overly tanned @ Sentosa… hehe…

@ Casuarian Rd… I realised that the restaurant that Wendy is meeting me was one that I’ve been missing <<车老板>>… abt 9 mths back… I was brought to this place for dinner by someone…and I fell in love with the 三杯鸡 & their blended Red Bean… so irresistible…

next to it is an old school biscuit shop… and Wendy treat me to the lolly ice… hehe… bought some Hiro Cakes for office consumption…

Why Was I Busy?

Yes now it’s time to reveal…

Thursday… went to catch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince…nothing interesting.. quite boring dat I slept in the mid of the show…

reach home at abt 2 am… bluff Mr Chen that I’m tired and need to go to bed… tried my best not to reply to his SMS cus he will definitely call and I can’t sound tired when I was busy baking the cupcakes… Tried once and failed… walked to NTUC to get butter at abt 4 am!!! i’ve nvr done this before… lol….slept at 7am and woke up at 12.30pm… Mr Chen called and woke me up but I can’t blame him cus he didn’t know what I was doing… hehe.. sneaky rat I am…

 

 

the cake did not turn out as well as I’ve planned but I’m glad he appreciated…it’s supposed to have many soccer balls.. but I was already exhausted by the time I finish experimenting 1 sponge ball.. keke…

 

went to watch SAF vs Super Red @ Jalan Besar stadium… Quite a lame match but it’s free , so it’s ok.. hehe…

den followed by Coffee again  at T2 with Mr Reubie and Suet… after midnight activity would be GAMING!!! (no photos cus Mr Ng is superstitious, he say cannot take photo of 3 person after 0000hrs… keke…)

Woke up having breakfast already bought by Mr Chen… ahhh… feel so 幸福… Dinner was @ Manhatten PS, a treat by his sis, Michele… “Stole” her nbr from his phone and started texting her… asking her to help me cus I’ve intended to get a Chocolate Ice Cream cake from Swensens… My plan was to excuse myself to the Ladies when everyone was abt to finish… but suddenly Mr Chen went “I ALSO WANNA GO…” myself and Dan (Michele’s fiance) stared at each other since he was sitting on the opposite side… we were stunned… didnt expect that… I almost blobbed out… but in the end I still manage to get it and it was quite a success… even Giddon from Manhatten have to help me out… 

  

the cake was so hard… Mr Chen needs help from Dan…

Mr Chen got himself a lifetime membership wor… the manager says as long as we present his name card with the sticker we can get discount… keke…

& nevertheless… his soccer match on Sunday Morning at Anderson Secondary…

am not sleeping still at 7.24am… it’s past my 3am bedtime… my brain is still very active… there’s a reason for staying up this late… can only reveal when the time is ripe hehe… anyway Reubie gave me another set of speakers for my home… also Altec Lansing one…

2nd day of leave…

was ransacking thru my stuff ytd at abt 3.30 am… saw my old old diary that i wrote 9 yrs back… i din’t know i was so depressed back den… it took me an hr to finish… had a good  last cry and manage to slp well…woke up @ 7.30am to fetch Mr Chen from work… since i’m on leave so it’s my turn… hehe… finally… Mr Chen brought me to the dog farms… both of us had a strong affinity with a Yorkshire Terrier of abt 4 mths old… so attentive so cute… it’s the small breed and thus it cost approx $2600 - $2800… when we turn and leave it starts to bark… my heart feels for a dog  for the first time… but we can’t get a pet yet as we are not ready for commitments… nobody is home to take care of her and she will suffer… **sigh**

Finally completed my First Class Flurry after 8 mths… anybody interested to get it for $10… hehe.. no pt keeping since i’m done with it…

While driving from  far… i went “why is that piece of metal parked at that lot…” at a closer look… it’s a jeep…

ding dang dong…

Finally… am on long leave till next week.. it has been quite a tough journey… got so many things to do so little time to finish…

the reason that i’m up this early on the first day of leave is because i’ve got some things to be done tdy … otherwise it will keep disturbing me in my dreams if i dun get it done by today… hopefully everything will go on smoothly…  (didn’t manage to do that disturbing thing… sent my specimens to the lab in Middle Road and rushed to AMK 505 to buy lunch for Mr Chen. was just in time when he woke up for lunch… drove himself to work and then I took over… met Raiza and CK to shop at Giant then dine @ Ikea… it was fun lah… as I was not able to see the road clearly in the night… they tried their best to be my eyes…lol… drop by Mr Chen’s work place and got him some bread for supper before heading home…)

It’s so true…

Body Check Up

Finally had my body check up … have put on a little weight… but i guess it’s all because i’m happy with my life right now… hehe….and compared to the 10kg i lost in that 2 mths.. this is nothing… below are the refreshments after the blood test which cost me 160 bucks…

and even better stuff after lunch from my senior…
